It's been awhile since I made a genuinely new piece...too long! But I finally have one, I had a ton of fun making this guy. I usually like less detail but this seemed to scream for more detail and it was fun adding the little touches. He's from a gold, silver, and copper, colored polymer clay and I did some highlighting metallics. He's got a hematite bead for an eye.



This is how he hangs...I really thought it would be a nice piece hanging down instead the way he would normally be and I stand byt that, I think this makes a very piece.


and one more thing...check out the tiny jet pack on my dragonfly! It's so cute =)

I would seriously love to learn techniques and tricks from you. Your work is always amazing. I dont dig the steampunk style the way some do but I always am thrilled to see your craftsmanship. You ever decide to do a tute on techniques and tricks and such, lemme know!
