I don't really consider this to be reconstructed because the only salvaged materials I used for this were hair clips (they had metal martini glasses) and a Mini Wheats box.  The other materials were new.  I made this out of 2 alligator hair clips, 1 Mini Wheats box, 1.5 squares of felt, and a few rolls of ribbon I had lying around.  It took me about an hour and a half to complete.  it's all put together with hot glue.
