Squid launcher-- OH YEAH!

My 2yo is always doing Vector's little "oh yeah" and the dance, so I decided to make him a Vector costume for Halloween.

Believe it or not, the pants and jacket each used to be a pair of youth 2XL swim trunks The launcher is a toy ball shooter painted white, inside a Method antibacterial wipes container and I made the squid too! I was all over town looking for a squid toy and finally just made it myself and I'm super happy with how it turned out.

Just so cool!  Your little guy is awesome in his costume - all of it is great - the costume, the accessories and him wearing it.  I like most of all the way you used makeup for the glasses - easy peasy for little guys!  Way Clever too.  He's really cute, and I'll bet the crowd's reaction was positive too.  You are one talented mom!

Oh my god, this is adorable!  Love it!  And the squid is super cute.

Thanks! I tried to get glasses but he's got such a tiny head! And he wouldn't even let me try a pair on him, much less wear them an entire evening. I can get the face paint on somewhat straight, if I bribe him with a lollipop to sit still.
