Here is some veggie sushi I made while experimenting with new fillings.
There is:
-Quorn chicken
-Quorn chicken and Brocilli

I lost my easy access to good sushi, so now I want to drive 150 miles just to eat!

Learning how to make sushi is on my to-do list, I am soooo jealous!

It isn't too difficult tbh, All you need to get is a rolling mat, nori, rice vinegar, rice and a filling. My sister showed me how to make maki (this kind) once then I just branched out. I am in love with bento right now. Grin

Ooh, I haven't tried Quorn yet!  Veggie sushi is one of my favorite foods--to eat and to make!  It's so darn addictive!   Grin

Oh Quorn is one of the best things ever created! My husband and I normally have it a few times a week in our dinner, and I get the hotdogs on & off to eat for lunches also.
