OK - here are three examples of my sketches.  I did these for craftster member Rusty in the Wish Swap.  My camera has an overactive flash, which is why these look a little faded.  But it gives you some idea of my style.

Yeah, it's kind of a fuzzy line I think.  For this swap I personally, was thinking art- painting, photography, drawing, etc. Craft- knitting, sewing, jewelry, etc. That was just what was in my head though. Other people may have different ideas.

I think along the same lines as Crafty Kate.  Also, I think of crafts as usually being functional/useful for something, and I think of art as usually being for display.

and i agree, for the purpose of this swap, i think the "artists" are looking for "things" rather than pieces to look at and admire.  it is a very fine line though.  feel free to discuss it with your partners to make sure you're on the same page.  i was figuring that the art would be hand-drawn or painted, sculpted, photographed, or digitally drawn.  the crafts would involve putting things together to make something else.
