I think I will use something in the basement to make something similar to use on an easle at craft shows, when it's not storing them at home. I'd have so much less setting up to do at shows. Now what I need is TIME so I can work on something! I am still going to marry it someday...

I was about to make something and just figure it out as I went, using what I have... which is probably what I'll still do, but at least now I understand!
 I glanced through it before, looked at the original images and thought the white parts of the stripes were the wood slats you added and was just re-looking at it to figure it out, and there was the explanation! Much less complicated than what I was imagining was going on in the pic! I have old window frames and a picture frame to work with, and "pegs" as you call them (clothespins to me:) ) from our last house with a laundry line. we'll see what happens!
