tree27---you should hang some christmas type ribbon and hang the bottles from it. you know haow most people usually hang their christmas cards only it will be like a garland of tiny bottles.

should have pics posted tonight or tomorrow have to load them on the computer first

Tree27,  hanging them from a garland would be nice.  As would sitting them on a small shelf or curio cabinet.

My rooms are still being worked on - can't even get to the calendar at the moment, so no waiting until midnight here, instead it might be a few days before I can start opening presents, I'll be looking at everybody's pictures though, that's for sure.

Looking for Sophia the first fabric and Frozen fabric (preferably flannel, but would settle for cotton) and Phoomph.  I'm in Canada and the companies are that I could order from charge $20-$30 shipping, so if anybody can find some and wants to swap/sell, I would be eternally greatfull.

Yes definitely! Although now I'm wishing I put one of the more spectacular ones in Day 1. D'oh!

WHEEEEEE!!!!

My super-great calendar! (I decided to take it to school to put in my office because it needs some Christmas cheer!)

AND-
Day 1:  "It is better to create than to learn!  Creating is the essence of life"- Julius Caesar.  Accompanied by the prettiest little purple (!) beads!!

Group photo of the next few days

Quote

Day 2- cute little bobby pins
Day 3- lemon soap (used and loved!!)
Day 4- stocking charms out of shrinky-dink!
Day 5- little clothespin
Day 6- froggy eraser
All of those round papers are the quotations, but they are at school right now and I am at home so I will have to update later!

Day 7- Earrings (our principal said they were wine charms but I liked them in my ears!)
Day 8- Blue raspberry Jolly Ranchers (yum!!)
Day 9- Tomato seeds!!
Some of the days might be mixed up because one of my students knocked it over and desperately tried to put it back together- he did pretty good (but there are still 2 weeks!)

My world crashed around the 10th but I am back to normal (mostly) so here are my updates!!  And the list of days (remember, they might be a bit screwy due to teenage boy awkwardness with the limbs!)

Day 10- tree-shaped trim for paper crafts
Day 11- pet-themed ribbon
Day 12- candy
Day 13- candy
Day 14- dragonfly and butterfly brads
Day 15- candy
Day 16- Scrabble tile necklace

Day 17- hearts
Day 18- a paper hippo (my FAVORITE Christmas song is "I Want a Hippopotamus for Christmas") OH NO- he is not in the picture...I forgot he is one my bulletin board at school!!
Day 19- hearts
Day 20- snowflakes and winter ribbon
Day 21- purple flowers

Day 22- paper bead keychain
Day 23- necklace with wire-wrapped amethyst (YAY!)
Day 24- birdie-shaped brad

Day 25- pic coming soon!!

The time has come
The walrus said
To talk of many things-
Of shoes and ships and sealing wax-
Of cabbages and kings.
And why the sea is boiling hot
And whether pigs have wings.

Its a Christmas miracle! My package arrived on time so i am reserving this as my spot! Ill post pics as soon as the hubby gets home and can help me hang it Smiley

Here is my awesome Advent Calendar from goldfishpollywog all hung up!

A close up of a few of them. Note that some of them are made out of Charlie Brown Christmas Fabric OMG <3

Here are all the gifts, wrapped up separately. Most of them do not fit in the actual calendar because they're too big/heavy (but that's OK Wink )

Day 1 : "Keep Calm & Read a Book"

Day 2 : "Your Dresses Should be Tight Enough to Show You're A Woman, and Loose Enough to Show You're a Lady" (I'm starting to think that someone went thru my Inspirational Quotes board on Pintrest LOL Grin )

Day 3 : "The Creative Adult is the Child That Survived"
(The Hubby is SUPER excited about this one! It will be my first project once I'm done frantically Christmas Crafting lol)

Day 4 : "Having a Rough Morning? Place Your Hand Over Your Heart. Feel That? That's Called Purpose. You're Alive for a Reason. Don't Give Up."
OMG I am so in love with this one! It's a 31 Days of Halloween Calendar! Eee! I love it! I'm just sad I have to wait 10 more months to use it!

{{Sorry it's been a few days since I Updated! Been furiously christmas crafting lol}}

Day 5 : Albert Einstein & a dish mat for drying dishes

Day 6 : Loyalty Card Holder

Day 7 : Just Breathe, Hello Kitty & Reusable Produce Bags

Day 8 : Lessons Learned, Tree Ornament, & Pom Pom Maker
The Ornament is ADORABLE and you don't know how badly I needed a pom pom maker (however I did have to youtube how to use it after several failed attempts by the hubby to figure it out LOL)

OK So my Camera says I took this picture on the 8th but I'm pretty sure it's not from the 8th but here it is anyway (That's what I get for not updating more often LOL)

Day 9 : Not Boring, Dog Treats, & Tree Ornament
My doggies LOVED the treats! <3

Day 10 : A Christmas Story & Bell Stitch Markers
Which I just so happened to be working on a crochet project that required me to use stitch markers so these got used immediately!

Day 11 : Quiet Confidence
Cupcake Liners and Packaging tape with the letter "D" in various fonts!

Day 12 : Love More
OMG LEGO SALT AND PEPPER SHAKERS!! OMG!!

Day 13 : Nevermore
Cookie Cutters!

Day 14 : Bad Day
Super cool geeky "Library" book stickers and a crochet pattern I've been wanting.

Day 15 : Mythbusters & A Hanging Towel
The Towel has velcro on either end so that it won't fall off. Brilliant!

Day 16 : Snoopy & How To Sew A Button
It was such a weird coincidence! I had a 40% off coupon at Michael's that day and I was seriously considering buying this book since I've been wanting it forever but I somehow talked myself out of it. I was so happy and amazed that it was in my Advent Calendar! ALSO I used my first "Library" sticker on it from Day 14 lol Grin

Day 17 : Give Books and Cinnamon Bath Salt
(Although I wish I would have gotten the quote on the 16th. Although reading a book while in the bath sounds great too lol )

Day 18 : Be Gracious & Dog Treats

My doggies loved these as well! Cheesy

Day 19 : Art & Cookie Cutters

Day 20 thru 25
(Sorry this week got really hectic and i ended up losing track of what day was what so here it all is)

Lip balm & Lego Keychain

Produce/Grocery bags made from t-shirts

Hair Clip/Fascinator

More Dog Treats!

Caramel Corn!

Chocolate Candy Corn!

Cookie Cutters!

And on Christmas Day...

Inspired by an item on my pintrest <3

And this is where it will live, along with a few other well loved swap gifts <3

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR A WONDERFUL SWAP! MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR! Smiley
