Toddler spider costume

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!
This year my 3yr old daughter decided she wanted to be a spider. And this easy, inexpensive (most items purchased at the dollar store) costume is the result.


I sewed a felt hourglass in black widow style to the front of a $1 sweatshirt.


Sewed black feather boas into the side seam and tied together with yarn for the legs.
(being a bit bashful here)


And hot glued googlie eyes to a $1 hat for the extra spidery eyed goodness.

Oh man is she ever cute in that!  I love the hat with the eyes.  I suggest she wear that year round... just to let people know she's always watching...
