Here are some that I know I'd get a ton of use out of:

Good idea! (yellow face can be in the shape of a light bulb)
Tired from all that crafting (sleeping and "zzzz")
Not feeling well (face can be a shade of green and mouth can be wavy)
Working hard, plus other uses (sweating face)
Love that (face in a heart shape)
 Cheesy

Yeah I like this idea too!

we could also have a rofl - face rolling abck and forth across the page

just realised we don't have a lol smiley either Smiley

I would like a 'like' button as well - sometimes I want to tell someone that I like their post, but to post something to that effect would be spamming the boards.

I don't think it's spamming to tell someone you like their stuff!!

I agree about more emotes, though!

These are the "basic" ones on Plurk, they cover, well, the basics.
The 4th one in the top row is animated laughing (LOL);
the last one in the 2nd one is animated waving, the angry guy is animated w/ scrolling @!%&*#$ symbols & pounding fist;
2nd one in 3rd row is animated hug, 2nd to last is moving tongue (mmm) and last is the hands w/ utensils moving up & down (hungry).
Using a bunch like those would be really nice! Cheesy

OMG Please, NO! I can't stand those boards with all the crazy moving emoticons. Maybe a few more would be good, like 4 or so, but that chart up there makes me itchy.

The industrial economy is a growth economy- never enough and never satisfied-
whereas the craft economy is a dancing economy- always active and always joyful.

I wasn't saying they should all be implemented, I was just giving an idea of what is out there. Several of them are taken care of by what's here already, and given the nature of the site some of them would be pretty unnecessary.

I highly doubt anyone is going to go putting 20 emotes in a post though, so I'm not really sure what the reasoning for such a negative reaction is...
