It's been so long since I've been here that now the carding stuff is included in spinning!

I've pulled out my carder again after taking a break due to having 2 babies in 2 years!!  Shocked

This one I call "Aquarium Afternoon" inspired by, well, you guessed it-an afternoon at the aquarium. The silvery firestar totally captures the glinting shiny scales of fish darting around. It's .9 ounces, so perfect for nuno felting or other small projects.

Merino top base with merino roving in red, spring green, aqua, teal, royal blue, and a smattering of other colors with firestar touches

The second is 4 ounces and is called Cotton Candy Ice Cream. My husband named it when he walked into the room, saw it, and said, "Yummy!" It's incredibly squishy!

Oooh I love cotton candy ice cream!  So fluffy and pretty!  And the Aquarium afternoon looks like it will make a really funky yarn.  Very nice work!  (and gratz on the 2 babies in 2 years.  That's a lot of work! -I have 3 in 5 years Smiley )
