Have you tried Ravelry?  There's also an issue of Crochet World (I believe) that's out that has lots of baby patterns in it! I'm pretty sure there's bootie patterns on the Red Heart website.  I'm not sure on the sleeper sack- I've never made one before.  My own little smoosh hated to be swaddled up  Cheesy

If you sign up for ravelry and search for "bunting" under the patterns search and then whittle down by craft there's alot of sleeping sacks on there, I only know this because I want to make my friend decorative bunting for her baby and all I could find were sleeping sacks  Cheesy

I don't know if you are only interested in free patterns, but if not, there is a book called Little Crochet by Linda Permann.  I got it off of Amazon and there are booties, sleep sacks and just about everything else you can think of.  The sizes go up to a size 2 I believe, so it should be something to get a lot of use out of.

An excellent bootie pattern! It looks beautiful in any color. I usually make a few pairs out of cashmere yarn in soft beige when I hear someone is expecting.
