My friend has a 2.5 year old and a 7 month-old. Here are the Pebbles and Bam Bam costumes! I made a collage so it wasn't so many pictures cluttering up the board.

Pebbles top is reversible with a Pebbles print on it I found for $4 a yard so hopefully she can wear it past Halloween. I loosely followed a tutorial from http://smashedpeasandcarrots.blogspot.com/2011/05/little-girls-crossover-pinafore-pattern.html  It was my first time using buttonholes on my new-to-me Husqvarna machine, and I have NO idea what I was so afraid of before!

I used black cashmere blend sweater scraps and glued them on with Twice as Tacky glue. Both bottoms are Katrina's Soaker patterns http://katrinassqs.blogspot.com/2007/10/free-soaker-pattern.html
The aqua was a size large regular and the Bam Bam was a size medium skirtie that I turned into the pointy-edged bit. He wears cloth diapers, so he can wear a prefold or fitted under it and be just fine! What a kickass diaper cover, eh?

The cat print sash can be adjusted in the back with self-adhesive velcro. I'm sending an extra strip in case that rise doesn't work and she needs to readjust it.

She has a club for him already. I can't wait to see the kids in it!
