I have received as well from 2 of my partners  Grin Grin

Here are the hearts from mandys_momma.

so pretty! I love the variety and the colors.  BTW, you will laugh when you see one of the hearts I made compared to yours.... we were definitely crafting with similar ideas  Cheesy
Thank you so much mandys_momma!!  Grin

And here are the hearts from ospreywife.

I love the blue felt hearts! It's hard to tell from photos but the 2 crochet hearts are made from this really nice fine yarn, almost like jewelry.
Thank you so much ospreywife!

This has been a very fun swap Honeyd! I really enjoyed making the hearts, and in fact have so many more ideas that I'll probably continue making them  Cheesy

Wow all these hearts look great!!

(MESSAGE CC'd FROM THREAD - in case you're only following here)

hi all!

REMINDER: TODAY IS SEND OUTS!

if you haven't pm'd Cabaute and honeyd that you are sending late, or have sent please do so now.  there are a few of you who haven't checked in so we need to make sure you're still with us =)

also, I'm so sorry I haven't been around this weekend, I had planned to update everything, but I got sick with a sinus infection and the antibiotic is really screwing with my endo meds so basically I've been curled up in pain all weekend.  (oh and my silly boyfriend got into a car accident, he's ok, just beating himself up about it).

Please forgive me, and I PROMISE everything will be updated today!  (maybe even during the day if i have time to take lunch.)

To my partners:  I will be sending tomorrow, as I've finished your hearts but left the packaging materials home.   Undecided

I was super excited when I received my hearts from mandys_momma on Saturday. I had just gotten back from being out of town and I forgot about them and I was pleasantly surprised when I opened my package!

There's a crocheted one, a fabric one with ricrack (did i spell that right?), a felt one with adorable beads on it, a pretty colored clay one, and a wooden one that says Love. The word love is perfect for me. Smiley
Thank you again mandys_momma.

I received two of 5 of my heart packages yesterday and uploaded the pics this morning.  Craftster picture hosting is not cooperating for some reason, so I uploaded to photobucket instead.

I received some lovely fabric hearts from titaniumhip.  A cute cross stitched heart, and adorable shrink heart decorate two of them, and the last I think I love more because she made it with fabric that she had made her wedding dress with - how sweet is that???

In a completely different medium are three hearts from gala_apples.  She made hers in wood, and the brown one is in a very tactile texture.  I love the flower detail on the pink one, but my favourite is the green tree one - I have a thing for trees and leaves.

Here they are in my container - a little metal basket.  May not be their permanent home, still thinking on that, and maybe painting the basket, or a glass vase I would etch.

My new hearts are sitting on top of my own reject and extra hearts from my crafting.

I received from AmandaBL today too:

I love the greens of the lower one, and it has a sweet stone charm attached and a wee little mini heart on it.  The rainbow stitched heart is very vibrant, and love the details of the little red clay heart.  She also included an adorable heart pendant.

Here they are in the container.  I love the pendent and it is hanging from the handle of my basket for now.

I received two great packages of hearts today!

First I opened the one from My_RubySlippers.  She sent five beautifully crocheted hearts, in five different colors, and five different sizes; one even has a happy face!  Thanks so much Kelsey, I love them!

Next I opened the package from kimchery.  She is obviously an expert at tatting, and sent one entirely tatted heart, and a felt heart decorated with tatting.  The clay goldfish heart reflects my love of goldfish; the "cat" heart is because I love cats, and the blue and green heart with clay flower buttons THAT SHE MADE HERSELF is her favorite, and mine too!  She also included a little metal heart charm.  Thanks so much, Kim, I love the whole package!
