Okay. I'm definitely on the dark side of decorating spectrum pool. Basically if it isn't occult, weird, odd, or just down right gothic in some way, I probably won't have it. LOL

My entire house when I first moved in was that icky boring beige/tan, that all realtors love but I hate it.  Well, I found this minty paint thought I could try the whole airy feel...I was depressed for weeks if not months before I finally got hubby on board to coin of a phrase from Beetlejuice "I'm here with you. I will live with you in this hellhole, but I must express myself. If you don't let me gut out this house and make it my own, I will go insane, and I will take you with me!" I swear that was my exact reaction to buying this house. LOL

Anyway, this is just one small thing I have done, if I can actually find old pics of the house from last year when we moved in...I will post those with all my changes. I am sure not everyone will like it, as I said, I am a very STRANGE LADY! LOL

Here is my now BLACK chandelier with fabric coffin lampshades. Yes, I am missing a few lights, been very lazy on buying them. Tongue

Oh that Marine in the background is my son. Yes, I am very PROUD! LOL

I love your little lampshades and the whole thing goes well with your blood red walls.

Look twice, buy once. Nooooo
Look twice, decide I can make one instead.

I LOVE it! Did you recon the fabric? I have a Hottopic dress that has that pattern.

Yes, I did indeed. I had an old long skirt, and my 13 year old wanted it turned into a pencil length skirt. I said, OKAY! coming up! Killed two birds:P
