I haven't used a pattern before, and I picked up a Simplicity pattern for a variety of shrugs last night (and 8 metres, just over 8 yards, of fabric as well!) and this is my first attempt. Hallowe'en is coming, so I used this cute cotton I found. It took a couple hours, most of it was cutting out the pattern. C&C appreciated!
