This is sooooo cute and just right for a teacher or bookworm.   I'm a bookworm.   Thank you for sharing.  From what you've stated and the images, I guess size of pages and the leather covers are up to the individual.  Right?

Right! I didn't want the charm to be too big, so I tried to keep the stack about an inch tall. You can make them as large or small as your heart desires. I cut the pages first, before I cut the covers. Then as my stack of pages grew, I smushed them against the piece of leather that would become the cover to see how big I needed to cut it. I also sewed the pages together in a makeshift binding before I added the cover, just for extra security.

I'm overwhelmed and excited by the response to this. Thanks so much, everyone!

I'm always amazed at the prices people willingly pay for items that they could buy for a fraction of the cost made by talented people like yourself!

As a long time reader, I love your version, & thanks for posting the step by step! Smiley

We've been trying to think up things that we can sell to raise money for Librarians without Borders and I believe you may have just hit the jackpot! I want one! Who knows how many other people at my uni would buy these? THANKS!!

On a side note, even if they don't want to use this idea. I will probably have to add this to my christmas list. YAY
