This is a green/gold iridescent silk I nuno felted green, yellow, and blue wool onto.  With the green & yellow wool, I had some problems with it attaching.  Upon further research, I think the problem might be that I don't think those are merino wools, I think they are a kinkier fiber.  It still turned out okay - nothing I would sell, but if someone likes it, I might give it to them.  Or just keep it for myself, though I rarely do that!

I'm not a huge fan of green, but this is beautiful. I don't think I've ever seen someone do something like this. It should stop surprising me how creative and talented people are but it doesn't. If you do more like these I look forward to seeing them.

Lovely texture!
The one thing that could affect the felting is that maybe some of your wool was treated?  (aka Superwash)  Or the thickness you placed the wool, if it's not thin multi-directional layers it wont felt as well. (and by thin I mean barely there thin)
