I received two lovely items this past week. 

The first was one from Kartiana!  This lovely green scrappy ribbon garland!  I love all the extra fiber she added and she added loops and a button on each end.  Super cute and easy for hanging.  This will be used for Aria's rainbow birthday party after I gather red, orange, blue, purple, and yellow.  I only hope the other five are just as cute as Kartiana's!  Thank you!!!

I also received from jamiek79!  She claimed me for a growth chart for Aria.  I'm so excited to transfer all the pen markings on the doorframe to this lovely chart.  My husband Phil gave me a great idea for marking it.  I'm going to use small safety pins and then I'm attaching a twill ribbon with the date and her height stamped in permanent fabric ink to the safety pin.  FUN! 

Here's Aria standing next to it.  Don't mind her face.  She is really enthused about the chart; she was dancing around this morning when I put it up.  But she's had a long day hunting pumpkins at a local farm.

i've been wanting a woodburning tool forever and just never had that extra cash to dive into a new hobby, ya know?!  i haven't played with it yet (darn kids are always swarming!) but i am oober excited.  and the book she sent seems pretty cool . . .

the growth chart is adorable!

So I received last week from the wonderful rlynn! She made me a trash bag for my dad's truck!  

If you look at the inside you can see that she made it so that a grocery bag can fold over the lining to make it easy to take the trash out and to protect the fabulous fabric she used! It matches my Dad's truck to a tee!

Then she went and made me this fabulous cuff.

I haven't taken it off since I got it. Well maybe once or twice when I showered or did dishes. Pardon all the scratches and scars on my hand it was a really rough week at work

I received my gorgeous hat from  jamiek79.  I have been wearing my new hat all day and and already received a compliment on it.  She did a wonderful job and I love the colors!  She also included a crochet flower necklace which is cute and fun.  Thank you SO much!  Love Love it.

The growth chart is so cool! And i love the safety pin idea.
The scrappy ribbon garland looks really cool. I've never thought of doing something like that.

All of the cuffs i keep seeing in this gallery and the last are so fun. I wish i liked wearing them. I feel left out. Haha.

OH!!!  I forgot to include a shot of the gift tags/ornaments that Kartiana included with the scrappy ribbon garland..  She says they can be gift tags but I think they are too pretty to simply go on someone's package.  We have a small tree we put up...they will look lovely on it.

I recived from gamemom yesterday!!! Her ornaments are gorgoeous I am so excited. I just came off two 16 hour days in a row so I am having trouble getting off the couch at the moment. Once my motivation returns I will take pics and let you all see the awesomeness! Thank you gamemom and I will also try to remember to get a pic of the ornaments on our tree once December rolls around!
