Hello! I recently made this Universal Monsters garter belt for my partner in the Mini 13 Days of Halloween swap, and I'm finally getting around to posting pics.

The closure side (It can be worn with the laces in front or back):

The flat side:

Close-up of the grommets and ribbon:

I used a kind of combination of the two garter belt tutorials on the clothing board, although I didn't take any pics as I crafted. I used the stocking hooks are from an old corset I had, and I'm pretty sure I made them removable, but I can't really remember. I installed grommets with a sparkly orange ribbon for the back closure. Hope everyone likes it!

I'm not into garter belts, but if I was I'd be sporting this one! Great job and a SUPER idea.

I have some of that fabric and I never knew what to do with it. I think I want one of these!

do you have a link to a place where I can see a pattern or garter belt tutorial? Yours is so precious! Grin
