They are a bit pricey. Some rifles can cost as much as a house so the more protection the better Smiley

I have to say I was a bit disappointed. I had a wild hope that this was a tutorial. I thought, "At last a gift I could make for some of the men in my life (and a few of the women) but after reading about how long it takes to make this, I think I can live with not having the "tute". LOL. Excellent work. I do have to ask, why are those colors considered unacceptable for more than a prototype? The blue one was the only one slightly out of the norm.

A tutorial would be a wild hope, tomico lol I barely have 30% of the construction order written down. So much of it still lives in my brain because it would truly be a thick book. I think I have about 25 pages with notes but they still only somewhat make sense to me.

I could never make one of these at home. Just don't have the room. One of the steps needs a deep sewing machine to sew and support the weight of the case. From needle to body, the throat is 20" and it's in an 8' table. I have clear space all around my machines at work so I can maneuver the giant pieces more easily though it is still comical to watch lol.

This is basically the head on that machine though mine is way older. http://store.keysew.com/catalog/product/dc283bfabb424c69809083c8b939c4ab

The blue and grey mix case was the only one I was really referring to about the color. It's a little too sporty for the brand of our company. I happen to love that blue and actually that grey has made it into the mix of colors we make. Though I am sure if someone ordered it in blue we would make it. All money is green, you know?
