I made this traveler's house for amaryllisroze and she has received it so I am posting pictures. She is all polymer clay with an armature for her legs and some metal findings. I took a few pictures while in the process of making her, so if anyone is interested, I can make up a bit of a mini tutorial later on.
She is 8 inches tall.

It reminds me of Baba Yaga's house, but, the chicken feet are wearing boots.  It looks awesome, cackle.  About how tall is it?

Like everyone else said - I saw it and thought of Baba Yaga.  And last year I played Mussorgsky's Pictures at an Exhibition which is partly about Baba Yaga's house!  Smiley

Cackle - we definetly need a tutorial on this!!  And I need your tips on doing one of those wonderful wall plaques!  I'm going to try my hand at one tomorrow!  Smiley  All your stuff is just awesome! Wink

cackle - I vote you DON'T do a tutorial on how to make these awesome Babayaga houses- that way you keep all of us lusting after your creations... And it's sure fun to sit and stare at the pictures and go: "Oh, I wish this one came to live with me!" Grin Grin Grin

The Baba Yaga fairytale is what inspired me to do the first one I made for Teag. I love that story! I'm working on a tute now. Trouble is, there is a ton of info and 'learn form my mistakes' stuff and I'm afraid I may drive the mods nuts with how much space it will eat up. Also, I didn't get pics of a couple big steps, so I may build another house with a tute in mind and be more mindful of snapping pics of crucial stuff.
And hey, it's so cool that you are going to try a plaque! Pm me if you need info!
