Ingenious and exactly why I love Craftster, the most brilliant people come here!

The bad news: There is no key to happiness.
The good news: It isn't locked.

I've seen this becoming a new craZe online. I have to admit very earnestly, that I'm completely smitten with it. My teen years were the Punk/Goth 80s time frame, and we always made our own clothes. I always loved the the bottom portions of Cowboy boots (as my teen daughter says, you love old style wizard shoes) but never really loved the western part of it. This gives way to so many great ideas. Brilliant job.

Pretty sure I've commented here before, but this post has revitalized my lust for boots. (Thanks a lot, I thought that was a habit I'd kicked!  Grin)

For all you fashionistas, what would you wear with these?

I'm only 29, but soooo out of touch with fashion.  I've been in "mom mode" for the past few years and live on jeans and tees.  Might be getting a really sweet job soon, but everyone dresses casual, so thought maybe these could fit in.  For my interview I wore slacks, a sweater, short heeled boots and I was TOTALLY overdressed, lol.

We're in Boston, so western isn't a big thing here, but these are just sooooo delicious.  I agree that OPs are way better than the original. I think I'd want to punk mine up a bit too. Wink
