Like most crafters I am obsessed with Halloween, but college cuts into most of my free time so I wanted to decorate but do something both fast and easy.
With less than 10 dollars I decorated my living room with stuff you can find from the dollar store. I'm only showing you the front though, the rest is a 'lil messy.
I made the curtains out of three drapes I bought from the dollar store then I stuck a bunch of fake spiders all over them. I also put cobwebs on EVERYTHING
I also enjoyed making pillow covers out of old T shirts. Because it was supposed to be fast and easy I did a combination of sloppy hand sewing the bottoms and safety pinning. The pillows were originally brown, I put T shirts on over top of them (I can still wear them when I take the cover off, I didn't cut them) and I took other T shirts I did cut up and pull them over the pillow and sew them up and threw a little 'blood' on the white one. It was quick and easy. I'm thinking about temporarily sewing a jackolantern face to the orange pillow but we'll see if I have time.

A close up of the holes.

Thanks for looking Smiley
