I found all the yarn for my partner Smiley I had an issue finding it all to begin with because my Jo-Ann's Store is kinda small, so I went to one about 30 minutes away and it had everything I needed. Now I can begin! Smiley

I started on one of my items last night after finding a pattern I forgot I had. It was the one piece I DID NOT want to draft a pattern for. Everything else I will design myself.

I love reading the comments by so many of you about cleaning up your craft rooms. Mine seems to be always in a state of disaster. It is doubly bad since Snazzlecraft (my daughter) and I share a studio.

Just imagine 2 artists with all their stuff, in the midst of  both sets of creative juices flowing like the Nile River. Yep! You got the picture.

Just popped a PM out to Abbee a little bit ago about some measurements, wrote out all my ideas on my lunch break at work yesterday, so I think I'm well on my way to success!

I'm sooooo excited!!  Grin

Still plugging away at my package.  I think this weekend will be devoted to Halloween costume crafting, but I might try to squeeze in some non-scary crafting, too!  Fun Fun!

I'm so jealous reading about all the craft room cleaning!  I have no craft room. Cry  I craft at the dining room table and keep most of my stuff in the basement in a designated area.lol

I sort of stole our dining room about 4 years ago and converted it into a craft room.  And then I bought a Korean style table and started using it in the living room to eat and convinced the rest of the family it was a great idea.  Heh.  I'm not entirely certain they have caught on yet.

We converted our guest room to a craft room. Now our guests have to sleep in a loft bed or the couch Smiley. My supplies are nice and comfy though!!

I picked out some patterns for my partner long ago and now the yarn has arrived. It's gorgeous and I can't wait to get stitchin'!

excited!!!  Cheesy

I`m working on my 'large'... i had no idea, i`m THAT slow doing 'this thing"and that it`s so time consuming doing it the way i`m doing it Cheesy  ...it`s like in the end i`m: 'did i really need o put all that time into it, maybe it was parfect as is off the store shelf?"...  well, but i`m making it the way i like it, which could be good, since we seem to have very similar taste Smiley

It is always better handmade!!! Even if you can buy it in the store the fact that someone made it specifically for you is the best thing in the world... well to me it is.

I made Luckdragon something she has been wanting for a while  Smiley Pieces are cut out to make a second today. The colors are a little more muted than what I picture being her ideal, but I am one of those odd craftsters with a fear of bold colors in anything larger than a wallet.

I am still pondering ideas for special_occasion... must ponder more quickly.
