So here is a simple tote bag I made for my mom.  It's not fabric I would necessarily choose for myself, but I think she'll like it.  The lining is a light, pale blue. Thanks for looking!

I can give you the dimensions once I figure them out!  Sometimes I'm not the best at keeping track of that kind of thing.  Tongue  I used a pattern I made myself, just a jordy, but then I pieced together the bottom.  I'll measure it when I get home and post the dimensions for you!

Ok, bowlordie, I got the dimensions for you.  The cat fabirc and red bottom panel are 15.25 inches across.  The cat fabric is 10 inches high and the red is 4.25 inches high. Once I sewed those pieces together I added interfacing for more stability. I cut  1.5x1.5 inch squares out to make the corners, like the jordy bag.  That's without seam allowances, so you can just add them in.

Very cute!  You did a good job on the straps too - I like the way the text goes along the length of the strap (I probably wouldn't have thought of that).
