Crafts while studying.

I just finished this quilt..it's a pinwheel/ 16 patch quilt with ladybugs on it!  I made it for myself, for my couch, because my feet get cold and I wanted something non bed-sized to cuddle up with.  I'm very happy with it, and it is a huge improvement over my last quilt, which was a baby quilt (and a separate quilt top that I'm unsatisfied with that is sitting in my closet).  I stitched it in the ditch, as you would say and used my little sewing machine to do so.  I really need a walking foot!

Anyway, here it is.  I wish that the colors translated better...

It measures about 60 in x 60 in and took me 7 days from start to finish (which took up most of my free time after work and during lunch breaks!)

Ooh, I really like it - good job!  Those two blocks work really well together!  I love lady birds and your dog looks like a sweetheart too!

I really like this quilt pattern.  It turned out so nice.  I know it feels amazing to snuggle under it on the couch. Great job!
