Even though I can barely sew a straight line, all these knitting needle/crochet hook holders I've seen on craftster inspired me to make my own case.  Plus, when I saw this fabric featuring little skeins of yarn (sorry they're hard to see), I couldn't think of a better use for it.

That looks great!  I've been wanting to make one to send to my sister since she recently started learning to knit, but I've been hesitant b/c I'm not the world's greatest at sewing.  But yours looks wonderful!

I wish I had seen this post before I made my case.  Mine is terribly long- I didn't think to put in tiers of pockets!
