Spent a nice, quiet morning embroidering (and re-teaching myself the embroidery stitches I always forget) and then my depression comes back to smack me in the face.  Trying to battle on.  Determined to finish on time, and I think I will.

Oh my gosh...someone punch me and wake me up from this nightmare! So I ordered yarn two weeks ago, she never shipped...etc...I now filed a claim to get my money back. So I ordered again with someone else, she shipped fast, but it was delivered somewhere...but not to me! Seriously what the heck is going on! This has never happened to me before! I am sooo mad about all of this! Why can't the yarn i want to send to my partner just show up without problems!  Cry

Well, plan A for the     failed, now for plan B.  It's a nice, methodical task which is all that my brain is really up for at the moment.

Sorry to hear about your yarn issues OspreyWife.

Aww... That's too bad Sad

I'm making progress. Yarn - check. Pattern - check. I just need to translate the pattern to english Wink It migth have been easier to pick another pattern but it was just too good to skip. Now to gather some more goodies and wrap everything up very carefully.

After I finish this last item I get to wrap! I am so happy! I am so excited! Wrapping them is almost as fun as unwrapping them!

60% done I think. Few more crafty and a few more non crafty items to locate and then...we wrap! (I am going to pay all my bills early so they don't coincide with the send date....lol)

I was hoping to send early (very unlike me) but an impending house inspection by the real estate agent has meant a lot of cleaning and gardening cut into crafting time last weekend.  Angry

So glad send-outs are on a Monday, so I have this coming weekend. Bubblegum_phoenix, your MYB is shaping up to be an eclectic mix. Smiley

This swap is so much fun!!  I've got quite a bit of stuff to put in it, I think the biggest problem is going to be wrapping everything! lol.  I don't think everything is going to fit into the ball.  It'll be fun to see what shape it takes! Smiley
