My coworkers (all awesome women, various ages/races) are about to embark in a huge project that I'm leading and I want to show them my huge appreciation for them. It's going to take up a lot of their time. I was thinking about baking some things for a few of them and then wrapping them up all nicely, but I'm kind of at a loss for others. Any suggestions? I can crochet and sew pretty well, but only have a few days before the project starts.

Any help appreciated! Smiley

What about a team-colors winter scarf? I made beaded lanyards for all of my son's teachers one Christmas. Baking is great, but something more lasting might be nice. Good luck!

scarves would be really neat, but I don't have time to make 8 of them- and we don't have company colors Smiley Love the lanyard idea though!

I'm making my co-workers ornaments this year. I'm making all 3, wrapping in tissue paper, and giving in a nice box so they can be stored in there after X-Mas, too!

This also looks like a good idea for a large group, especially if wrapped nicely!
