I finally figured out how to get labels on bottles, something I've been trying to do for years. I printed them on tissue paper and applied to the glass with gel matte medium. I love the effect.

I used some free printable labels and some vintage images (like the skull). I made the other label myself. I like a mix of styles for my potion bottles.

The most fun was decorating the bottles. I'm thrilled with how they came out. These are the center piece to my Halloween decor.

I love them, you did an amazing job.

Did you run them through your printer, because I would think that would cause the tissue paper to rip?

You have to tape the edges of the tissue paper down on a regular sheet of paper before sending it through the printer but it works great.
