Amazing! I am envious of your neighbors - being able to see all of these beautiful houses and the ecstatic birds that must live in them!

Can you actually keep water in the roof-top pool for the birds?

so awesome! i have to admire the commitment to craft projects you have, if i don't finish something within a weekend it ends up in the UFO pile forever. it has to be so satisfying to be able to look out your window and gaze at that masterpiece. i wonder who will move in??...

I have had 3 or 4 birdhouses that have taken anywhere from a year to 2 1/2 years . Sometimes i feel like burning them just because i get sick of looking at them . Grin
My 4 year old granddaughter saw them yesterday for the very first time .She just moved here from Australia .

This is a picture i took this morning in my yard .

HOLY MOLY! This was well worth all that effort. Way to recycle!! This thing would not fit in my poxy yard. Heck , we nearly got a beautiful shed for free (neighbor moved) but we had to decline for that reason. This bird house is so amazing that I couldn't stand to have it in my yard because I'd be likely to get my head stuck in it trying to see the inside, hahaha! I'd b dreaming of birdie curtains and whatnot. You did a fantastic job. It must have cost as much for the installation as for the building itself :O)

I design them as i go so i don,t use any plans myself .  I do sell 2 different plans for a few of my easier designs . My son did them a few years ago so people can build their own if they want . I have been getting lots of request for plans but i haven,t had much luck finding someone to do them .
Here are the 2 i have now . http://www.extremebirdhouse.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=4&Itemid=4
