Sparkly capelet

It's been soooo long since I last posted here *slaps wrist* and with one thing and another (studying, post grad studying, job hunting etc etc) it's been a while since I knitted properly.

Anyway - I decided to branch out and knit something other than a scarf/hat/mittens and saw this little beauty in Vintage gifts to knit (Town & City tufted cape by Susan Crawford) and knew I had to have a go.

And here it is - modelled by yours truly (I'm no model, but it gives you an idea of what it looks like)

It is awesome! I love the diamond pattern and sparkly ruffles always make things exciting!
