My partner received and wanted me to post the pics that I took before I sent Smiley

I made her a potion jar with a polymer sugar skull. I used two of her themes... Day of the Dead and potion jars  Smiley

I received my package from pilarfarmer today and it is absolutly amazing!! She made me an awesome Samhain shadow box  Shocked I can't stop gushing over it!!

Here is how she packaged it... Beautiful handmade bags

i am going to add a couple photos of my own i made her a mini alter for samhain
 the lid of the box has fabric that folds out to set items on

this is how the alter looks set up, the bottles are to put sand and water in.

mandymo13,  is the sugar skull on the bottle made from polymer clay?  From the side shot it looks like it sticks out, so I was curious.  And where did you find a bottle with a stopper like that?  I see bottles the same shape, but they usually have corks in the top.  It looks nice.

pilarfarmer,  very detailed work on the altar.  I like that it can be contained in the box and kindof folded out.

SpookyPooky,  I just realized that the DotD stuffie doesn't have a mouth, but I could swear that he's been smiling every other time I looked at him.


I am excited to see more OTTs!

The skull is polymer. I used a glossy sealent and glued it to the bottle. I found the bottle at a thrift shop. I found about ten of then an snatched them all up. I used enamel to paint the bottle
