I saw these cupcakes on Pinterest and knew I had to make them.  It was time consuming to make the turtles out of the gummy candy but they still turned out decent.  Smiley

Fantastic!  I've had this recipe on my Pinterest since I started pinning things.  My son and his fiancee would love this for their wedding - turtles are kind of a running joke between them.
