I'm fretting.  According to USPS, the package I sent to -zoma- has had the customs clearance process completed, since Friday.  But it hasn't moved from there.

No more fretting hoboe! it arrived minutes ago!

Here's Mr. NomNom. Hoboe said I was welcome to change the name, but the kids like it just fine!


Wait, here comes a surprise!

(red eyes due to crying fit, that ended suddenly when the postman stopped at the end of the driveway. Nothing like a little mail to brighten a day huh?)

Now the question is, has he eaten the bird? or is it his birdy friend that the keeps safe inside?


This is my 4yo getting artsy with the photos.


Hoboe also sent this awesome pencil roll - lovely soft brown leather on the outside - so nice in the hand.


and inside: filled with pencils - flowers and bees (I'm a gardener)


And hoboe was even so thoughtful to send me a pencil sharpener and erasers!
Not forgetting the snacks - there were fun sized Snickers and Almond Joys - I've never had Almond Joy before, so I'm hiding that one from the kids.

btw- this swap has spawned a love of critters for my kids - they've each made one so far, and they're both eagerly waiting till I say they can make another.

Nice shots of your daughter sitting amongst the leaves.  Due to the warm weather in New York, our fall season has been delayed and the leaves haven't yet really changed colors or started to fall yet.

First, let me say that your daughter is so precious, zoma!

Hobo, nice job on the critter! I love the window flap and birdie!  The pencil roll is a great idea, and ilike that soft-looking fabric.
