Simple bag with a fabric I absolutely fell in love with Cheesy Sides and back in black, lining is lime-green, which doesnt come off exactly as it is on the picture.

I`ve put cardboard on the sides and the bottom for more sturdiness, and it worked pretty great. I still have to topstitch it though Smiley

Thanks for looking and I would love to hear what you think  Cheesy

Looking for a vintage magazine (1974 - 1978) that has a fabric nativity set w/ people and animals. An example: http://www.craftster.org/pictures/showphoto.php?photo=440861&ppuser=143144.

It's very cute & the London fabric is very cute. Cheesy Just a suggestion  Instead of using card board use thicker interfacing then you can wash it. But it is very pretty!!

i have used that plastic mesh for needlepoint in the bottom of bags, it lasts longer than cardboard and again, more washable.

Thank you all for your feedback and tipps!
@sharalee I will definitly try out the thick interfacing - this time the cardboard was only an afterthought, because after finishing I wanted it to loo sturdier Cheesy
