I've been busy making heaps of these bibs. They're so quick to make up and the scoop is really handy for catching crumbs. I have a snap up scoop bib that I bought from Loopy Loos which is pretty good, so I designed my own improved bib shape and added the snaps to make the scoop.

This is adorable!  Do you think an EXTREMELY beginner (as in I own a sewing machine  Grin) would be able to do it??

mama24boyz - I don't think you'd have any trouble. Basically you just sew around the edge, flip it right side out, and do it again.

The only tip I can think to give is to go nice and slow on the curves. I usually turn the knob on the machine by hand when going around the curves on the arms.

If you get stuck at all, let me know.

This is perfect!  A friend just had a baby and has been asking if I knew how to make these types of bibs.  Now I do!  Great tutorial too by the way Smiley
