So I know a larger variety of stuff brings a larger market to your store but I was wondering what kind of variety do you have??

I sew womens clothing. And that's it. I do mainly shirts and plan on doing a few skirts and dresses and purses. But I want to have a few other kinds of things just to draw in other people like some cute, basic headbands or scarves or something.

What all do you have in your store?

I have been wondering about variey, too.  My store is new and my focus is hair accessories.  I do other things, so should I diversify my store?  I also wonder what sort of variety do other people have.

I've heard mixed things on variety.  Some say that a lot of variety is good, some say that too much is bad.  I've even seen some people get a suggestion to make another store because of the variety they had.
I would say to go with as much as you can keep-up with and have a few of each.  If you only have 1 of 20 different kinds of items, people might be less likely to buy from you than if you had 4 or 5 different kinds of things.  Same number of items, but they get to see a range within the variety of items.
