Wheee!  I'm so glad she liked her stuff.  I had so much fun making the bag and I squealed out loud when I found that skull fabric.  And of course, my inner 11 year old had a lot of fun shopping for vampire themed girly things!  Is it bad that I'm as impatient for something to be received as I am at waiting to receive?  LOL

We received today! I'm the only one that's seen the package, so I'm going to wait for pictures until tonight when he gets back. Cheesy I'm so happy. I feel bad about mine now. :/ Lol, that's how it goes, I guess!

She sent two bags, one (mine) being the prototype and his being the final draft. As her first attempt and her own pattern, they look great! Made out of courderoy and nifty inner fabric.

This is his. It's got a nice octopus silhouette on it in burgundy with gray courderoy. Cheesy And two buttons, the top one being "Thank you for noticing. I am awesome." and the bottom being "I'm not antisocial. I just hate you." He cracked up at this. (The kracken/tentacles being an inner awesome joke.)

The awesome inner fabric and nice pockets. Cheesy It had M12 Magic the Gathering packs, but... Those didn't make the pictures.

My bag, purple courderoy with red slashes in it. It's got 4 zombie pin up pins on it. I loved them. Cheesy

Outer pockets that are big enough to hold Magic deck boxes. Cheesy

The nice inner fabric and pockets.

The "extras." Pop Rocks in his bag. And fruity Tootsie Rolls and a cross-stitch hoopla in mine. (His had Magic packs. Wink )

A close up of the cross-stitch. Yeah, we have awesome nicknames for each other. Cute, scripty font for "Whore" with little hearts everywhere. I can't wait to hang it up. Cheesy

Ahhhh I feel bad that the bags I sent were just prototypes T^T You both deserved SO much better but I can't help but be happy with them---mostly because you like them! I didn't know if HIS magic boxes will fit on the inside. Those cargo pockets were a pain >.> I did the pockets both ways O.o BUT I'M SO HAPPY YOU LIKE THEM!!!! <3 And don't worry about what you sent. Everything is well loved! Smiley

We framed the fish!  Michaels was having a buy one frame get the second for a penny :-) the lady who was checking us out gave us all kinds of tips including adding a manly ribbon border, lol, turns out she's an embroiderer herself.  Now Dave has upgraded his "Coool" to "Sweeet"  Cheesy Which for him is uber high praise!

My SO received last week, and he was absolutely thrilled with everything!

A zippered case for small drawing tools with a superman theme (he loves this, because he can pack it with pencils, inking pens, eraser and small french curve and bring it to my house for the weekend)

Superman messenger bag and pencil roll, AND...

These yummy peanutbutter cup cookies (he let me try one). Vaccum-packing was a great idea, because they did melt in the south Texas mail truck, but the packaging kept the cups in tact until I could cool them off.

great package! Thanks for everything!
