I made this for the Vintage Halloween Swap and my partner received so I'm posting....
I made this from three cardboard boxes I glued together and then decoupaged with some old sewing pattern paper. Papered the back of each box, glued them all together and then papered the sides and back. The skeleton is from a garland I had hanging around. I cut him up, articulated him and painted him with acrylics. The pumpkins and spider are all polymer clay. I used a tiny little skull as the head of the spider. That finding I got from Alpha Stamps.
The inspiration for this comes from Julie at Collections Elements... her tutorial on a hanging Christmas shadow box is here..

After I made this one, I realized you could make them out of those cardboard jewelry boxes as well.
