Its fabric markers drawn on a thicker fabric, and ironed onto heat and bond and then ironed and sewn on to the rug.  glad you enjoyed it!  I was afraid it was too big!

I love the blue and silvery white! That will be handy with winter right around the corner.
That particular shade of blue reminds me of a certain police box that's bigger on the inside, so obviously I think this mug rug is cool!

Its fabric markers drawn on a thicker fabric, and ironed onto adhesive and then ironed and sewn on.

I have become a fabric marker addict lately. Good usage of them Grin

Pretty colors!
What kind of yarn did you use?

100% cotton yarn.  Sugar N Cream Ombre variegated "JEWELS".  Love the yarn. I make all my potholders and washcloths with this yarn.

Picture time!  Enola sent me this beautiful gerbil mug rug. I also love tea so she sent me some tea also.

It came all pretty wrapped like this:

And after I opened it:

Look at the gerbil. It is so cool. I love it.  Thank you!!   Grin  Grin
