Wooo! Ladies ive got a tip for you all

i have been using Infusium 23's leave in conditioner treatment. I shampoo my hair and rinse it out, finish my shower (do not use conditioner), towel off my hair (so i dont drench myself) and let it air dry till its just a little bit soaky, but not so that water is still dripping out. Ill take a few palm-fulls of this very liquidy leave in treatment, and put it all through my hair and especially on the ends. It makes my hair SO much less frizzy, and it just sits all nice and shiny- its lightweight, helps repair your hair, and feels wonderful. You can put it on anytime of day (wet or dry hair) and it does wonders. Also, im noticing that when i dont do a thick conditioner while im in the shower, my hair stays grease-less for allot longer.

I have very long hair so you probably wouldnt need more than a small palmfull of this stuff otherwise, but its cheap and you can get it anywhere, and ive had great results - havent had a bad hair day since!  Its not expensive, so give it  a try if your shopping for yet another product to tame your frizzy do.

I have waist lenght, super thick and curly hair that can get really frizzy.  I use a super strong conditioner....L'oreal's restore and renew....tis in a tube.  It does wonderfully.

I live in ridiculously humid Florida, btw.

My hair is long, thick, wavy and frizzy too.  What works for me is washing it and using conditioner in the shower and then using aussie hair insurance leave in conditioner spray after I towel dry my hair.  The leave in conditioner really makes a difference.

Ahh my hair is very very thin and delacate- thats why i use such a light weight conditioner. anything thick makes my hair too heavy and coated

I've started using Infusiums Leave in Treatment aswell, and I switched conditioners. I also use a small amount of shine serum on my hair when its wet. This seems to control the frizz better than anything else I've tried. Smiley

I have above-the-shoulders length extremely color-treated (XD) wavy frizzy hair. Yeah not nice. Frizz-ease never worked for me. What I do is after my hair has dried, I use a Sedu straightening iron. It was 125 dollars but it controls frizz and makes my hair super straight in 5 minutes. Then I use some Citre-Shine spray, or a dollop of the Generic version of Paul Mitchelle leave-in-conditioner (5 bucks at Sallys), or maybe just some non-aresol flexible hold hairspray. Haha, yeah I have an entire bathroom full of beauty products so I never use the same frizz-controller all the time. But basically, since I've started using the Sedu, I really don't have problems with frizz. You can find it at http://www.folica.com

If you don't want to buy an actual hair product, you can use vitamin E capsules! Cut them open and Voila! Instant hair defrizzer. It's the same consistency and works much in the same way as the Frizz-ease type products, but is also good for your hair and makes it shiny!

I have super frizzy, wavy hair and have tried a million hair products (one of the perks of working at a hair salon). The best I have found so far: Artec's "Blow Serum" (part of their Kiwi line) great to smooth on a quarter-size (depending on the length of your hair) and then blow-dry, Biosilk Silk Serum (they have a whole line) best to use after blow-drying/flat-ironing hair... it will make your hair soft and shiny, Bedhead has a spray ... super straight? or something like that that is great to use on your hair before you flat iron it to make it stick straight, Aveda anti-humectant pomade (sp?) is a good product to smooth through your hair (more of a styling product) but is pretty pricey. I've tried a bunch more as well, if anyone has questions about specific products send me a PM. Two of your best tools are a large round, vented brush (pref. with a metal base/center, does that make sense?) used with a good blow-dryer and a good quality flat-iron. Ceramic flat-irons are better for your hair but a little more expensive. The one i use isn't a ceramic iron, but I have had great luck with it. It's a Futura. I have had it for at least 4 years without any problems and without needing to replace it. *NEVER* flat-iron hair that is still wet! It is very damaging to your hair. To go along with that, never use a flat-iron that uses "steam". Hot tools are decent irons that are moderately priced. Hope that helps... feel free to send me any other questions you might have. Everybodys hair is a little different and sometimes you have to go through trial and error to find which products work best for you.

I have had frizzy, awful hair FOREVER. I am not kidding--when I was a little girl my mom used to call me Janis Joplin because I had that same hair. There's a picture at this URL: http://i16.photobucket.com/albums/b46/kittenbonanza/hair001.jpg
I only shower about every other day and when I do I use cheap Wal Mart shampoo and conditioner and then another conditioner for damaged hair. When I get out I put in a buttload of Frizz Ease and then a comparably sized buttload of Biosilk, which are both supposed to make hair silky smooth, but I have never seen evidence of their working. I do blow dry my hair, it's obviously been bleached and dyed, and I have split ends. I just want to wear my hair down! Anyone have any advice?
