Hello craftsters!
I would like to try screenprinting. I have a kit and everything. After school gets out, I want to make black tote bags with designs on them... I just can't for the life of me pick a design! can you help me?
Questions i have: Will any of these "not work" with photo emulsion (lines too small, etc)?
Are they too weird? Would people not buy them? These are just ideas. I'm still thinking of some. Keep in mind that they will likely be white on black.

***and I brainstormed and made another***

I LOVE the first two! They're awesome... the second's a bit morbid, so of course I'd wear it. lol.

the first two look very nice but they would be very hard to do.... and the other ones would be easy to do but they dont attract me much...  Embarrassed sorry to be so negative but you asked for opinions...

I like them all Smiley  Second one the most though.
They shouldn't be too hard to do with photoemulsion.
I've had no problem with fine line designs, i suppose it would depend on how big the design is supposed to be, like inch by inch.  If that makes any ssense.

thanks for replying everyone!
just fyi, these will be about the size of a piece of paper, landscape wise.
Thanks for being honest, LaMortes. You're right, i did ask for it. But i'm going to try them anyways! lol.
Right now I only have one screen, so i'm trying to make as few mistakes as possible when it comes to using my bags.
Also... my brother is being a butt and has decided that the first caption for the "big ben" pic isn't good enough. He likes "honey or sugar?" more. whaddya think?

No, no.  Keep "tea time."  I think that's WAY cooler.

With photo emulsion, those screens should be EASY to make. I really like Big Ben and you must definitely keep TEA TIME.
