I have been a Bead&button and beadwork subscriber for about two years now I love both of them. But my favorite beading magazine of all time is Step by Step Beads I have learned so much from that magazine I wish I had all there issues. Sadly they don't make it any more. I think you can get back issues at Interweave though and I think they have a book called the best of Step by Step Beads. Other than looking threw magazines for inspiration there is so many FREE PROJECTS on the internet. I have learned alot from Youtube. Here is some places I am interrested in hope this is helpful to you.
www.auntiesbeads.co m   Check out there videos they are awesome.
www.beadingdaily.co m   Free projects and other helpful things.
http://mydailybead.blogspot.com   Go through her blog archive there is stuff in there like beaded beads and rings all sorts of good stuff.
www.jewelrymakingpr ofessor.com    She has some free vidoes
www.beadsbaublesand jewels.com   Become a member and you will freak out over there free projects. Go through their older series there is so much free beaded jewelry projects at this place. This site should really get your juices flowing.
www.jewelrylessons. com   This site is pretty darn cool, too.
Hope I was helpful to you and sorry about rambleing for so long. I seam to have a bead brain. If there is anything else you would like to know just ask. I will try to help you.
