Hello thar folks
Been working on this for a little bit here and there, wanted to finish it up but I'm unsure of what kind of sleeves to make.
Full length?
3/4 length?
With cuff? Without cuff?
Short bubble sleeves?

I'd prefer it to be longer but I'm honestly torn.
Let me know what you think, it'll be hugely appreciated!

By the way this is made by my own pattern, etc. Nice black twill fabric with satin-y black and white polka dot lining inside. Its meant to be a cropped jacket thing (but no closure in the front) or I bolero I guess.

I think a 3/4 sleeve with a fold over cuff would be super cute. And add two little silver shank buttons to each of the cuffs. (sorry i have an obsession with buttons and think they should be used on everything) Or you could have a fold over cuff with the lining showing. Depends on the kind of look you are going for. I think it's nice, love the collar on it! Can't wait to see how it turns out!

I love the idea of the 3/4 sleeves with foldover cuff, with the buttons. That sounds adorable.
I'll go searching through my button supply shortly! Smiley

I really like the look of your piece so far.  I'd say anything BUT the short bubble sleeves.  I think that would be too cutesy for the look you have going.

I agree, this piece is a little edgy and besides, my personality isn't of the "cutesy" variety either.  Tongue
Thanks for the input!
