paper mache

a fish odd couple - not as nice as I would have wanted but I had limited time to complete them...

I used plastic shopping bags and tape for the fish.

I used three hearts cut out of styrofoam in graduated sizes for the heart.

The fish are made of egg carton paper mache and the heart is out of toilet paper mache.

I would love to make them for you - I don't need much of an excuse...

the blue fish is a pearl paint so it is sort of opalescent shiny

and the long fish is a flat grey sort of roughly painted over with an aluminum metallic colored paint...
