Here is a small piece of art work I did to go in my bathroom.  I forget where I first saw this... Pinterest maybe.
But I bought 12 boxes of crayons so I can do more.  For this one I pulled out all the colors that are on my shower curtain.

I peeled all the papers off the crayons, and used hot glue to attach them to the canvass.

Look at that texture!  I love it, and DH thinks we should hang it upside down so it looks like they
are melting UP the canvass.  I like that idea!

There was mention of wanting to see my curtain I had for inspiration.  Here ya go.

And my new rugs to go along with everything else.

I peeled and glued the crayons to the canvass of course. Then I took the heat gun to it.
The first round I let them drip to the bottom and then cool.  Second time I let it drip about
half way and then cool.  Third time I only let them melt about an inch or so.  The crayons
mixed together at the top bcs of the fanning motion I did with my heat gun.

I'm more fond of the rainbow-arranged version, but this looks really cool with the non-wrapped crayons. Good job.

These are all the colors on my shower curtain, and it will be hung in my bathroom to match.  But I like the rainbow look
as well.  My house/decor is all done with specific colors in each room so I wanted to keep that in my art work as well.

This is a lot more visually interesting than the rainbow look. I like that you layered them as well.

A picture of it hanging next your your curtain when you get it up would be great. Smiley

Thanks!  It will be hung on the wall opposite the shower, but I will post 'action shots' after I hang it up.

I've seen a bunch of these popping up on here lately, and I love the fact that every one is different and amazing looking! I agree that it would be nice to see an action shot Smiley
