Occasionally I've done a craft project that turned out really badly.  I've had to rethink things through and sometimes completely redesign it into something else. What about a craft challenge with things like this?  (describing what we originally intended and how it ended up where it was).  People would probably end up posting past projects, since you can't really set out to make a craft disaster with an ultimate redesign, but it still could be fun to see the creative resolutions people came up with for their craft disasters!
