I like the tiny leg bones in the DotD spider, the cute little dancing skeleton clips, the mustachioed dog and... just looking through the gallery!  It's very inspirational.

My package DID arrive and now I'm home so I will post photos sooooon!

I was away from home for a week and I came back yesterday to find my package from AlwaysInspired.
Prepare to Pin It.

My very own one-of-a-kind prim.  It's a skelly moon man!  He has a little top hat and a bat!

I took a picture from the side so you can kind of see the stitching.  This isn't flat by any means, it was (looks like) handstitched around each element.

I also received original artwork in a pretty frame!

Here's a closeup of just the artwork.  Is it watercolor?  It has some subtle shading around the cat and the moon.  I like their grins.

So glad you like it! Yes, the prim is hand sculpted. It was my first go at using a formal pattern for a prim. The original art work is done in water soluble crayons ( like watercolor crayons) and water soluble graphite with a touch of ink.

I live in an old house with 10 ft ceilings but have two wooden built ins where it will look great.

That moon and bat are wicked cool...but I must ask...What is a prim exactly?  As far as I can tell from googling it is "an excessive decoration" or "tightly pursed lips" or several other definitions meaning "proper" or "prissy".  Just wondering what the crafty definition is
