I love them both and I'm feeling an intense urge to google "how to do a tile mosaic".  I do not need a new craft right now!  Smiley

They are both so beautiful! This type of furniture renew is so gratifying; and small tables like yours are perfect for such detail work. It would be so cool if you came upon just the right shade of blue glass knobs.
Thanks for sharing!

I wanted the first one until I saw the second one.  Now I just want them both!
You are very creative - I love how you used to completely different, but coordinating techniques.
The colors are beautful
I would leave the grout as-is also.

Thanks for the lovely comments! Cheesy I think I will leave the grout on the mosaic as-is... thanks for the feedback!

The two panels took several hours a piece to paint, but it was one of those watching tv or chatting on the phone projects because all I have to do is paint within the lines Tongue. The most annoying part was actually transferring the design to the panel.... I almost quit at that point!

I would love to do a personal swap for stuff for my lonely, empty walls!

I love both pieces. That octopus is so cute. You did a nice job filling it out with mosaic. On that side table.... Oooooooooh! If you hadn't of told us how you pulled of the side pattern, I would have thought it was decoupaged on. What a magnificent paint job!!! That looks like perfection to me. The colours are just great!
